We have been funded by Southwark Council’s Cleaner Greener Safer programme to extend our painted wall mural at Rose Court care home in Rotherhithe. Artwork on the theme of ‘Plants of our lives’ was created by residents and their activity coordinator using a resource pack we provided and supported by one of our volunteers. Artists then put together the overall designs and scaled them up to life size. Artists and volunteers are currently painting the finished design on the wall with help from some of the residents.
